A new financial services agency is bringing military discipline and an education-first philosophy to wealth building in Minneapolis. Tact Force Financial, which launched virtually in January 2026, will celebrate the grand opening of its first physical location in Union Plaza this March.
The firm operates under Global Financial Impact, a platform aimed at connecting individuals with resources to achieve financial independence. But what sets this agency apart is its composition and approach: all 15 current agents are veterans or minorities, and the founder brings 15 years of U.S. Army leadership experience, including deployment to the Middle East and nine consecutive years earning top recruiting awards.
That military background shapes everything about how the agency operates. Rather than focusing purely on transactions, the team emphasizes financial literacy education and wealth planning services that prioritize understanding before product recommendations. The founder holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing and certification as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, bringing a systems-focused approach to financial strategy.
A Dual Business Model
Tact Force Financial serves two distinct audiences. The first includes families and working professionals—particularly military members and immigrants—seeking financial education, protection strategies, tax-advantaged retirement planning, and legacy building. The second consists of growth-minded professionals interested in building their own financial services business through a 1099 partnership structure with no income ceiling.

“Some come to us as clients. Some come to us as partners. Both come because they want ownership over their future,” the agency explains. This dual approach to financial services and entrepreneurship creates pathways for people who want more than traditional employment models offer.
Ambitious Growth Plans
The Union Plaza office opening in March represents more than expansion. For a firm focused on economic empowerment in underserved communities, the physical location provides a tangible presence in Minneapolis neighborhoods that have historically lacked access to comprehensive wealth-building resources.
The agency has set an ambitious goal of growing from 15 to 150 agents by December 2026. Beyond Minneapolis, long-term plans include expansion into Texas, Florida, the DMV area, California, and Puerto Rico.

The firm’s leadership culture draws directly from military principles: accountability, mentorship, and systematic processes rather than high-pressure sales tactics. The founder remains active in community service as a mentor through the Minneapolis Big Brothers program, reflecting the agency’s commitment to impact beyond financial metrics.
While proudly veteran-led, the agency emphasizes that opportunity shouldn’t depend on background. The focus on creating pathways for minorities and first-generation entrepreneurs stems from a belief that talent exists universally even when opportunity doesn’t. Through structured mentorship and ownership-based financial planning, Tact Force Financial aims to demonstrate that diversity can be a competitive advantage built on capability rather than rhetoric.
